About the role

FX Technology Pte Ltd, a leading technology company in the North-East Region, is seeking a talented and dynamic Sales Support professional to join our team. As a Sales Support, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative and operational support to our sales team, ensuring the smooth execution of sales activities and the delivery of exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing

  1. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing presentations
  2. Handle customer inquiries and liaise with clients to address their needs and concerns
  3. Assist with data entry, lead tracking, and generating sales reports
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  5. Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the sales team

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in the technology industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and team members
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  4. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
  5. Customer-oriented mindset and the ability to provide exceptional service
  6. Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
