Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the lubrication systems business.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across lubricant, oil & gas, and related industries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
  • Provide technical sales support, presentations, and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive account management and business development.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies.
  • Collaborate with technical and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and market analyses for management.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' sales experience in lubricant, oil & gas, or lubrication systems industry.
  • Strong knowledge of lubrication technologies, applications, and industrial systems.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
