Job Responsibilities

As a Vice President of Sales, you will:

1. Drive Sales & Relationship

  • Lead customer acquisition from multiple channels: online, walk-ins, partnerships (malls, developers, referrals).
  • Set sales playbooks, targets, and incentive structures.
  • Manage and oversee daily sales operations and team performance
  • Develop and expand external business opportunities through client visits and networking
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business

2. Lead, Train & Coach the Team

  • Manage and grow a team of 10–20 sales interior designer.
  • Conduct regular sales coaching and performance reviews.
  • Identify top talent and develop them into future leaders.

3. Execute Marketing & Promotions

  • Work with marketing team to roll out local promotions, events, and partnerships.
  • Launch referral and loyalty programmes to drive return sales.

4. Report & Optimize

  • Monthly sales reviews with senior management.
  • Present plans and solutions when targets are missed.
  • Own the P&L: Understand margin, cost, and ROI per campaign.

Requirements

We're looking for a strong retail leader with:

  • Min. 3 years of experience leading 15+ pax sales team (furniture, home interior, or luxury retail a plus)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience managing store operations, team training, and customer service
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients)
  • Strong leadership, decision-making and budgeting skills
  • Knowledge of cabinet design or related products will be an advantage
  • Preferably WSQ Advanced Certificate in Retail Supervision (or equivalent experience)
  • Singaporeans, Permanent Resident and EP-eligible foreign applicants welcome
  • Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays
