Sales Manager – Construction

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in construction, civil engineering, and building materials projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and tenders for new projects.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and suppliers.
- Collaborate with project and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to recommend business strategies.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales within the construction, civil engineering, or building materials sector.
- Strong network of contacts with developers, main contractors, subcontractors, and consultants in Singapore.
- Proven track record in securing and closing construction project deals.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead a small sales team if required.
- Familiarity with tendering processes, project cost estimation, and construction project workflows.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline is preferred.
