Temporary Admin Assistant

Responsibilities
- Assist with processing Chinese New Year retail orders, including managing emails, coordinating deliveries, and preparing festive gift sets.
- Handle product labelling and gift packaging.
- Support in stock arrangement and distribution coordination.
- Perform any other ad-hoc administrative duties as required to support the retail team.
Working Hours:
- Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- May be required to work on weekends (Saturday/Sunday) when necessary, during peak period.
- Replacement off days will be provided accordingly.
Commitment Period:
- 1 to 3 months contract period.
- Starting from 01 December 2025 till end of February 2026.
Requirement:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
