Overview of the Role:

The Customer Relations Officer is dedicated to providing exceptional service to patients and visitors, ensuring a pleasant and seamless experience within the hospital. This role involves addressing inquiries, assisting with various needs, and following up on inpatient service feedback to bridge any service gaps.

Work Location: Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital

Responsibilities would include, but not be limited to, the following:

  • Assist and Guide: Provide directions and assist with inquiries at the Concierge counter,ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for patients and visitors.
  • Safety and Accuracy: Ensure patient safety by correctly transporting patients to their roomsand providing efficient service throughout their stay.
  • Enhance Patient Experience: Visit patients, offer assistance, record feedback, and performappropriate service recovery to address any issues.
  • Follow-up and Coordination: Follow up on feedback, manage inquiries, ensure smooth trafficflow in the lobby, and coordinate patient transportation and limousine pick-up.
  • Administrative Duties: Prepare ward visitation reports, maintain records of hospital tours,and circulate the daily VVIP list.
  • Operational Support: Ensure service stations are properly manned, punctuality ismaintained, and assist in various projects and events as needed.

Skills & Knowledge

  • Preferably with prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or a similar role preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment to handle stressful situations with composure
  • Empathy and a genuine desire to assist patients and their families.
  • Team player with ability to work independently

Working Hours:

  • AM:
  • PM:
  • NIGHT:

5 day work week, 42 hours maximum. Rostered to work on weekdays, weekends and PHs.
