We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to support and drive the operations of our Rewards Program. If you enjoy working across teams, managing systems, and making things happen — this role could be for you

Details:

Location: Bugis

Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 6pm 

Salary: Up to $3,500

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and manage the rewards system as directed by the Program Manager
  • Track and report on program performance metrics regularly
  • Onboard rewards partners and manage vendor relationships
  • Coordinate with marketing and internal teams on campaign-based rewards activities
  • Assist with system integration, testing, and troubleshooting in collaboration with IT
  • Oversee inventory and maintenance for rewards distribution
  • Handle customer inquiries and support reward redemption
  • Monitor redemption trends, gather user feedback, and suggest improvements
  • Ensure smooth daily operations of the rewards program
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Min Diploma any relevant field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas and functions for data tracking and reporting
  • Singaporean only
