Assistant Manager – Product Management

Salary: Up to $3,500/month

Working Days: Monday – Friday

Working Hours: Mon–Thu 8:30am–6pm, Fri 8:30am–5:30pm

Location: Victoria Street

Contract: Until 31 Jan 2026

Responsibilities:

  • Configure and manage the rewards system under the guidance of the Program Manager.
  • Monitor program performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
  • Coordinate with partners for rewards offerings and manage vendor relationships.
  • Collaborate with marketing and program teams on campaign-based rewards activities.
  • Support procurement and setup of merchandise and operational equipment (e.g., vending machines).
  • Assist with system integration, testing, and troubleshooting alongside IT teams.
  • Oversee rewards distribution systems, including maintenance and inventory management.
  • Handle patron inquiries and support reward redemption processes.
  • Track redemptions, gather feedback, and recommend program improvements.
  • Ensure smooth integration of rewards programs into daily operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements / Preferred Profile:

  • Experience in operations management, monitoring program performance, and generating reports.
  • Familiarity with UAT testing is preferred.
