Are you a creative storyteller with a flair for social media and a passion for making brands shine?

Jan & Elly is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to take our brand presence to the next level In this role, you'll be the driving force behind our marketing efforts such as planning campaigns, creating scroll-stopping content and sharing our story with the world.

You'll thrive here if you're someone who enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on creation and loves working in a warm, collaborative environment (yes, we've got snacks and friendly colleagues) within a dynamic enrichment centre.

What You'll Do
  • Plan and execute all external marketing initiatives to promote Jan & Elly's brand awareness
  • Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) from content planning to posting
  • Create engaging videos and visuals for ads and social media, from shooting to editing
  • Write compelling captions that reflect our brand's voice
  • Manage content calendars, track trends and publish across multiple platforms
  • Monitor performance insights, manage boosted posts and suggest improvements
  • Ensure all visuals and messaging align with brand guidelines
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a digital marketing role
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
  • Basic video creation and filming skills (mobile or software-based)
  • Proficient in Canva (and open to learning new tools)
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Takes initiative and enjoys working in a creative, fast-paced environment
  • Organised, adaptable and able to prioritise effectively
  • Genuine interest in both education and marketing
  • Comfortable working in an environment with children
Working Hours
  • 3 weekdays: 12pm – 9pm (including 1-hour meal break)
  • 2 weekend days (Saturday and Sunday): 9am – 6pm (including 1-hour meal break)
