Job Description & Responsibility:
- Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities, expanding market presence, and securing projects in the cooling tower industry.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and end-users while providing technical and commercial support.
- Develop and implement sales plans, conduct competitor analysis, set pricing strategies, and lead go-to-market initiatives.
- Lead and mentor sales teams, set targets, monitor KPIs, and provide regular performance reports.
- Collaborate with engineering and service teams to ensure compliance, smooth project execution, and timely delivery of customized solutions.
- Prepare, review, and negotiate proposals, quotations, and contracts to ensure profitability and compliance with policies.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking platforms to strengthen brand visibility and partnerships in the cooling tower/HVAC sector.
Key Requirements:
- Candidate with engineering background is an advantage
- Open to travel to SEA countries
