Position Overview
We are seeking a highly driven and strategic People & Culture Business Partner to lead and manage all HR-related matters for CarTimes Automobile. You will be acting as a trusted partner to the leadership team, this role oversees Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, PIP (Performance Improvement Plans), and HRBP functions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for all roles in Singapore, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and implement hiring strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Build and maintain a strong employer brand and ensure a positive candidate experience in Singapore.
- Manage onboarding to facilitate smooth integration of new hires.
2. Performance Management & PIP
- Drive and manage the performance review process to ensure fairness, transparency, and alignment with company objectives.
- Coach managers on performance discussions, feedback delivery, and employee development.
- Support and manage Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) for underperforming employees.
- Collaborate with the regional HR team to ensure consistent application of performance frameworks and calibration processes.
3. HR Business Partnering & Operations
- Serve as the HR point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and people development.
- Support organizational changes, team restructuring, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Advise management on talent planning, retention, and succession planning strategies.
- Oversee HR operational matters including payroll coordination, HR documentation, employee letters, and ticketing systems.
- Ensure all HR practices comply with Singapore's Employment Act and statutory requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in an HRBP or leadership role.
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, PIP, and HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS systems and process improvement initiatives.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
