Central Region, Singapore PERSOL Full time $120,000 - $180,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Head of HR and organizational leaders and managers to understand and align with strategic and operational objectives.
  • Partner with the HR Director to enhance all HR functions, providing informed guidance on policies, procedures, workforce planning, performance evaluation, and staff budget management in accordance with business targets.
  • Oversee the administration of the complete range of Human Resources activities, including recruitment, compensation and benefits administration, learning and development, employee relations, work visa processing and renewals, among others.
  • Conduct regular audits, generate reports, maintain filing systems, and handle documentation.
  • Manage payroll processes and ensure accurate salary administration.
  • Handle the full employee lifecycle for the Singapore office, from onboarding through to offboarding.
  • Offer HR expertise and support in areas such as workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, organizational development, and succession planning.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and contribute to building a positive corporate culture.
  • Monitor HR data and trends to create solutions and programs that facilitate business success.
  • Work in collaboration with HR colleagues and other departmental teams.
  • Coach managers on best practices for people management and policy adherence.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and internal policies.
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts within the organization.
  • Address employee relations issues and carry out thorough, impartial investigations when needed.
  • Handle various other HR-related projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Candidates with professional HR certifications are a plus
  • 7 years of experience in HR functions
  • Possess strong knowledge of HR best practices and regulations
  • Regional exposure is an added benefit
  • Experienced with change management and organizational development
