We believe in high autonomy, and we want people who are looking to do things differently in order to create better experiences for our customers.We work in cross-functional teams and are laser focused on increasing the number of active clients we serve to drive sustainable growth.Your teamThis role is part of our CRM & Lifecycle Marketing team, who design and implement automated customer journeys and triggers across all lifecycle stages, using CRM and marketing automation platforms to deliver personalized, data-driven experiences that increase engagement and conversion.Your role in the Team's SuccessYour primary responsibility will be to design and scale CRM and lifecycle marketing systems across APAC and Middle East. You will build efficient frameworks for high-velocity campaigns, personalization, and data-driven lifecycle engagement.What you'll doMartech Stack Optimization –Streamline stack to ensure integration, automation, best-practice utilization (e.g., SFMC, Braze)CRM Operations Architecture – Design divisional and country CRM op model for efficient campaign orchestration and lifecycle automationJourney & Trigger Frameworks – Define customer journey and trigger logic aligned to segmentation, with seamless cross-channel personalization Campaign Operations Model – Build scalable campaign model optimized for speed, reusability, and cost-efficiency across marketsContent Management Systems – Enhance and deploy CMS and modular creative frameworks for rapid, localized content deploymentCRM Instrumentation – Implement instrumentation across campaigns and journeys for full-funnel tracking and continuous optimizationData Collaboration – Partner with Data & Analytics peers to ensure audience attributes refresh at required frequencies for precise targetingGovernance & Enablement – Champion documentation, upskilling, and operational standards to embed scalable Martech best practicesWhat you'll need for this roleKey Qualification Requirements:12-15 years in marketing technology, CRM, lifecycle marketing, and automation consultingMulti-region or enterprise-scale environment experience preferredDeep expertise in CRM, CDP, and CMS ecosystems with hands-on platform implementationExpert in journey design, campaign orchestration, and personalization frameworksStrong knowledge of marketing data structures, API integrations, and cross-channel measurementOperationalizes marketing strategy through technology and process excellenceExceptional cross-functional leadership across multi-country stakeholdersHow we workWe try to take a thoughtful approach to our ways of working as a company.
