Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible in ensuring timely and accurate execution of sales operations activities, including CRM data maintenance, documentation, and reporting.
  • Prepare and process sales quotations, purchase orders, and invoices accurately and promptly.
  • Serve as the key liaison between the Sales team and cross-functional departments (Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain) to ensure effective coordination and seamless execution across the customer engagement lifecycle.
  • Support the contract management process, reconciliation tasks, and policy communications to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor sales operations processes and continuously evaluate workflow effectiveness, implementing improvements to support scalability and growth.
  • Support the department in managing sales operations initiatives and other related tasks assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of relevant work experience in sales operations or business support.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills; high attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sense of ownership, initiative, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across operational functions.
