**Job Type**: Full-time/Contract

**Job Summary**:
The Purchasing Specialist will be responsible for managing the procurement of services, ensuring that the organisation maintains at a high-quality standard. This role involves sales management, market analysis, and collaboration with various departments to support overall business and marketing objectives. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team and contribute to our procurement processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with clients. Negotiate contracts to secure favourable terms and conditions.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand trends and product availability. Monitor industry developments to anticipate changes.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain optimal sales target.
- Analyse purchasing data and recommend strategies to improve procurement processes.
- Work closely with finance, marketing, operations, and other departments to align purchasing strategies with sales department and organisational goals.
- Prepare reports on activities and performance for management to review.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
