Online Direct Sales Platform management and maintenance

Oversee day-to-day operations of Audi Online Direct Sales Platform (ODS), ensuring the platform provide the best usability, is up-to-date.

Enhance the online store experience, focusing on website design, navigation and customer support to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Support finance department to manage and maintain online payment gateways, ensuring secure and efficient payment processing.

Ensure systems integration for data management

2. Lead Management:

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to analyse leads generation, qualification, and conversion processes.

Identify opportunities to streamline leads management processes and improve the quality of leads.

3. Data Analysis and Reporting

Analyse datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to leads management, customer behaviour and online sales journeys.

Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to analyse customer journey data across online channels (website, mobile app, social media) to identify bottlenecks, drop-off points, and opportunities for optimization.

Maintain and work with Audi Singapore's Data Warehouse and associated systems

Prepare regular reports and dashboards to communicate key findings, insights, and recommendations to senior management and relevant stakeholders.

Present analytical findings in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment on analytics initiatives.

Define and track key performance indicators (KPI) to measure the success of e-commerce initiatives.  E.g. customer acquisition cost, average order value, customer lifetime value, churn rate and more.
