**About the Team**

Our client's education team is at the forefront of educational innovation. They are dedicated to developing new and engaging pedagogies that create an environment where students can discover their interests and develop the skills they need to thrive in the future. This includes exciting projects like the development of AI-enabled learning products and tutoring services.

**Job Type**: Perm Full-time, Hybrid, Mondays to Fridays Office Hours

**In this role, you will**:

- Develop, and teach engaging STEM and Coding curriculum that aligns with our client's unique educational philosophy.
- Captivate students through innovative and interactive teaching methods, fostering a love for STEM and Coding.
- Design and teach lessons that promote critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaborative learning, empowering students to become effective team players.
- Provide insightful assessments and feedback to ensure student progress and achievement.
- Cultivate a nurturing learning environment that empowers students to discover their passions and interests.
- Actively participate in professional development opportunities to stay abreast of the latest educational trends and best practices.

**To be successful, you will possess**:

- A minimum of 3 years of experience teaching STEM and Coding programs to MOE Secondary School Students or Middle and/or High school students in an International School.
- A student-centered educational philosophy that prioritizes cultivating curiosity and a love of learning over rote memorization.
- A contagious passion for education and a commitment to fostering a positive and innovative learning environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to build strong relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
