**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Educational Guidance**: Advise on best practices for educating K-12 students, with a focus on middle and high school levels.
- **Curriculum Development**: Prepare and adjust engaging learning materials tailored to students' needs and interests.
- **Community Engagement**: Build and maintain strong connections with local principals and teachers in Singapore to enhance educational outreach.

**What We're Looking For**:

- **Experienced Educator**: Minimum 3 years of experience working with students, with a background as a Secondary or middle/high school teacher.
- **Innovative Mindset**: Deep understanding of student-centric education and the ability to inspire interest-based learning.
- **Passionate and Caring**: A true passion for education, with patience and a caring attitude towards students.
- **Excellent Communicator**: Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
