Responsibilities
Manage and support high volumes of APAC immigration cases from initiation to completion, ensuring speed, accuracy, compliance, and a high-quality experience for stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with external immigration vendors to monitor case progress, ensure timely service delivery, and escalate issues when necessary.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date case records and documentation, including data entry, system updates, and file management.
Assist in the creation and ongoing maintenance of process documentation, training materials, and knowledge resources to support consistent and efficient operations.
Track and analyze key metrics and immigration data, supporting regular reporting and identifying opportunities to improve performance and compliance.
Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and enhancing the overall employee experience.
Stay informed of relevant APAC immigration regulations and policy changes, helping to communicate updates and assess potential impacts on cases.
Adapt quickly to changes in tools, workflows, or policies within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
At least 1 year of relevant experience in managing and navigating various immigration programs or similar HR operations.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and managing large datasets.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail, even when working under pressure.
Able to handle confidential information in a mature and professional manner

Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while managing multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Strong organisational skills with a meticulous approach to tracking cases, deadlines, and documentation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
Comfortable using digital tools and systems to drive efficiency
Proactive problem solver, able to navigate ambiguity and support process improvements where needed.
Vendor management experience is highly preferred, including large scale and regional engagement.
