Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage sites' performance, proactively detect potential risks and take solid actions to ensure and maintain good performance
- Investigate and track emerging opportunities in the TikTok Ads ecosystem and synthesize analysis to deliver compelling recommendations to the leadership team
- Define and execute strategies to maximize the impact and efficiency of sites' workforce with flexible allocation
- Timely and effective work with stakeholders such as policy team, product & system teams, to help launch new workflows
- Deep dive into sites' performance analysis, contribute insights, set up realistic and stretching goal and KPI metrics, keep tracking and driving efficient actions
- Seek improvement opportunities as a process expert to help to improve operation management efficiency

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or above, majors in computer science, mathematics and statistics are preferred
- Experience in Workforce Management or Capacity Planning, with a focus on Forecasting
- Expert skills in Excel, advanced in SQL, knowledge & experience of different forecasting models/methods
- Curiosity, problem-solving and analytical skills
- Responsible and have strong ownership, ability to have sharp insights into data
- Superb written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to craft business messaging appropriately & concisely for different audiences
