JOB DESCRIPTION – CONTACT CENTRE AGENT
The CONTACT CENTRE AGENT (employed by Terra Systems Pte Ltd) will be working in a dynamic, fast paced Contact Center environment. You will be responsible for handling a diverse range of enquiries from members of public (MOPs). You will endeavour to provide a high level of service to MOPs, supported by the Terra management team. A team player and a champion for customer happiness, you will go the extra mile to delight MOPs with insightful and accurate answers.

Type of Role:FULL TIME, PERMANENT, WORK FROM OFFICE
Location:SINGAPORE (New Industrial Road - Tai Seng)
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Attend to enquiries, feedback & complaints via feedback forms, emails, calls, and live chat platforms
· Resolve MOP's queries efficiently and within stipulated datelines
· Liaise with external stakeholders with regards to enquiries and feedback
· Escalate issues to the relevant internal line units and see to their resolution
· Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by your Supervisor and Team leader
REQUIREMENTS
· Available immediately
· Singapore Citizens Only (due to requirements for security clearance)
· At least TWO (2) years of working experience in roles related to CUSTOMER SERVICE or CONTACT CENTRES.
· Should be computer literate with the ability to deliver excellent customer service experience and able to provide and capture information in an efficient and accurate manner.
· Should be able to communicate fluently, whether verbal or written, in English.
