About the role
We are seeking a talented and dedicated Call Centre Agent to join our team on a 1-year contract basis. As a Call Centre Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound enquiries and providing excellent customer service to our clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our organisation.
What you'll be doing
- Respond to inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist customers with a range of enquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Provide accurate information and guidance to customers
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures

- Previous experience working in a call centre or customer service environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Adaptable and flexible to changing priorities
