  • Contract: 12 months subject to renewal/conversion/extension
  • 3-month training provided in East
  • Working location: East or West (Choose preferred)
  • 5 working days per week (4 weekdays & 1 weekend)
  • PM Shift (Any 8 hours between 1pm-Midnight, latest ending by midnight with no overnight shift)
  • Basic pay ranges from subject to salary benchmarking
  • Additional allowance for shift work: Up to $1000 including transport allowance

Job responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized service over the telephone to customers on banking products, accounts, and services enquiries in an effective and efficient manner
  • Ability to understand customers' needs and provide appropriate solutions and attention
  • Consistently deliver quality service to our customers to achieve total customer satisfaction
  • Solicit customers feedback and identify problem trends for improvement actions

Job requirements:

  • Be customer service oriented and passionate to serve
  • Previous customer service experience for 5+ years will be considered
