Job Title: Training Officer, Day Activity Centre [$2,300 - $2,600 per month]
Responsibilities
1. To train and assist clients in community living, social and emotional wellbeing,
physical maintenance, and vocational activities
2. To be responsible for the safety and wellbeing of the clients
3. Plan and implement and monitor clients' safety procedures
4. To plan client's training programs
5. To conduct 6-monthly client evaluations
6. To plan small group activities, updating client's progress, maintaining statistics,
etc.
7. To plan and implement intervention plans and conduct basic counselling for clients and their caregivers when required
Requirements
- Experience in training and working with people with special needs will be an
advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Good teamplayer
