**The Role**

As their **Customer Service Officer**, you will play a key role in ensuring our students, parents, and visitors feel supported and valued. You’ll be the first point of contact—providing information, managing enrolments, answering inquiries, and assisting in the smooth day-to-day operations of the centre.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage enrolment and class scheduling systems
- Resolve concerns when the need arise
- Share program information with customers.
- Support teachers and administrative staff with daily operations
- Provide general administrative support as needed
- Other duties associated with the role and assigned by the line manager.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with basic data entry
- Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior customer service experience in relevant environment or industry is a plus

**Work Hours**

Weekdays: 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM (inclusive of a one-hour meal break)

Saturday or Sunday: 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM (inclusive of a one-hour meal break)
