Job Highlights:

Key Responsibilities:

1. ID Card Issuance & Processing

- Assist security officers with ID card applications and renewals

- Distribute ready ID cards, manage photo re-takes, and process express issuance

- Maintain accurate application records and update the ID card issuance database 2. Customer Service & Enquiries

-Respond to walk-in, phone, and email enquiries professionally and promptly

-Address issues with applications, portals, or printing, and escalate to the relevant personnel 3. Union Membership Support

- Verify and update membership status and details during ID card applications

- Promote union membership to non-members 4. Mediation Service Assistance

- Collect and submit completed Mediation Service forms 5. Administrative & Inventory Tasks

- Prepare daily reports on ID issuance and sales

- Manage inventory for ID supplies and office essentials

Job Requirements:
