As a Customer Support Associate, Call Centre, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Respond to patient enquiries and provide accurate information or assistance.
  • Share service-related details and guide callers on processes.
  • Schedule appointments for hospital departments, SAF personnel, and CHAS clinics.
  • Adhere to established call handling and communication standards.
  • Maintain a neat and organised workstation.
  • Support patient feedback or survey activities with the Public Relations team.
  • Participate in assigned committees or improvement initiatives.
  • Mentor and assist in training new team members.
  • Carry out other administrative or operational duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE 'N/O' Levels
  • At least 1 year of call centre working environment
