Senior Manager Total Rewards

In partnership with HR Business Partners, the Senior Reward Manager will drive the implementation of Reward programs and policies for the SEA region. The role will be accountable for creating a Reward strategy within the region that assists adidas in attracting, retaining, and engaging the best talent in the market.
Role Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a country compensation & benefits framework that is competitive and aligned with the market.
- Support compensation annual campaigns, ensuring global guidelines are well communicated and respected, while considering local nuances.
- Build and grow a network of external reward professionals within the region through various channels, including HR consulting firms, forums, networks, and other platforms to stay updated on market trends.
- Ensure HR Business Partners, Leadership Teams, and People Managers understand Reward Programs and Strategy; build partnerships through education.
- Own Reward-related policies, conduct periodic reviews to ensure adidas offerings remain market competitive.
- Support regional HR and Reward programs, initiatives, or projects.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of Market data.
- At least 7 years of relevant compensation & benefits experience supporting Southeast Asia countries.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Ability to collaborate with senior leaders within HR and the Business.
- Ability to operate effectively within a matrix organization.
