We are looking for a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director to assist in managing our customers. This is a customer-facing position and will require occasion face-to-face meetings.
Maintains a positive and friendly company image by acting as the first line of contact to visitors, customers, and vendors in person, online, and via telephone. Other responsibilities include:
- Assist in managing and coordinating daily business activities across departments.
- Track progress on key projects and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Prepare business reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support vendor and client communications, including contract management and follow-ups.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Assist in preparing business proposals, pitch decks, and strategic plans.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking.
- Maintain organized records and documentation.
- Streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Liaise with legal, finance, HR, and other departments as needed.
- Lead or support special projects as assigned by the Managing Director.
- Coordinate internal events, workshops, or client engagements.
- Provide support in business development and partnership activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business support, operations, or executive assistance.
- Must have strong office and administrative skills and strong people skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work without supervision.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Strong prioritization and organization skills.
- Ability to handle highly confidential information.
- Strong record keeping skills.
- Presentation skills, including welcoming guests to events.
- Able to multitask.
