HR Intern

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented HR Intern to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced fintech environment. This internship offers hands-on exposure to various HR functions — including recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and HR programs.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
Assist in posting job advertisements on job boards and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
Support onboarding activities, including preparing new hire documents and induction materials.
HR Operations
Maintain and update employee records in HR databases.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, documentation, and filing.
Support leave management, attendance tracking, and HR system updates.
Employee Engagement & Communications
Help plan and organize employee engagement activities, town halls, and wellness programs.
- Draft internal communications and announcements.
Support initiatives that strengthen company culture and enhance employee experience.
Policy & Process Support
Assist in reviewing and publishing HR policies and procedures on the company intranet.
Participate in HR process improvement and digitization projects.
Others (if applicable)
Coordinate training sessions and learning activities.
- Track and compile training attendance and feedback.
- Participate in any other HR programs.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree at a reputable university, with a good academic record (GPA ≥ 3.3/4.0 or ≥ 4.0/5.0 preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin, to effectively collaborate with global stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with high emotional intelligence and interpersonal awareness.
- Proficient in data analysis and HR reporting.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
- Self-motivated, proactive, results-driven, and a fast learner with a passion for HR and fintech.
