About UsWe are a growing Singapore-based F&B group operating four restaurant brands across the island. Each outlet is managed under a separate entity, but all share the same vision of delivering premium hospitality and operational excellence. We are now seeking an experienced HR professional to lead our group-level human resources operations — including payroll management, visa & quota administration, and HR compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Human Resources Management
- Oversee and align HR policies across all outlets and entities within the group.
- Handle end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Advise management on manpower planning, HR strategy, and compliance with Singapore employment regulations.
- Recruiting
- Payroll & Reporting
- Manage monthly payroll cycles for all entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and review payroll reports, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure CPF, tax, and statutory compliance.
- Handle annual bonus, incentive calculations, and year-end submissions.
- Visa & Quota Management
- Manage all MOM-related applications including all type of work passes.
- Track and maintain foreign worker quota allocation across multiple entities.
- Prepare and submit documentation to MOM and other government agencies.
- Handle renewals, appeals, rejections, and immigration issues in a timely manner.
- Keep updated with MOM and ICA regulations and advise management on any policy changes.
- HR Systems & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with the Employment Act, CPF, and other MOM guidelines.
- Manage HR audits, internal controls, and reporting for management review.
Proven experience working in the HR department of a Singapore-based F&B company. (Applications without F&B HR experience in Singapore will not be considered.)
Minimum 1–3 years of HR experience covering payroll, visa, and quota management.
Solid understanding of Singapore Employment Act, CPF, and MOM regulations.
Hands-on experience with all types of work passes.
Experience managing multi-outlet or group HR operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Fluent in English (spoken & written)
Preferred Attributes
• Prior experience liaising with MOM and ICA officers.
• Ability to balance strategic HR planning with hands-on operations.
• Strong integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in handling sensitive HR matters.
• Proficient in payroll and HRIS systems (PayDay, ADP, or equivalent).
• Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced F&B environment.
