About the role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Retail Manager to lead our skincare retail operations in Singapore. You will oversee daily store performance, drive sales growth, deliver an exceptional client experience, and uphold our brand's prestige in every interaction. This role is ideal for a highly motivated leader with proven expertise in managing premium skincare or beauty retail environments.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Performance

  • Drive and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across all assigned counters/stores.
  • Analyze business trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Maximize profitability by managing stock levels, product launches, and promotional campaigns.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Beauty Advisors/Sales Consultants to consistently exceed KPIs.
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations to ensure high standards of service and product knowledge.
  • Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent to strengthen the team.

Client Experience & Service Excellence

  • Deliver an elevated customer experience aligned with the brand's DNA.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships through personalized consultations and exceptional after-sales service.
  • Handle escalated client queries with professionalism and empathy.

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee day-to-day retail operations, including visual merchandising, inventory control, and compliance with company policies.
  • Ensure stores reflect the brand's premium image and uphold operational excellence standards.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of events, workshops, and activations.
Requirements
  • At least have 5 years of retail management experience in luxury skincare, cosmetics, or premium beauty brands.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing multi-store operations preferred.
  • Deep understanding of customer service standards and clienteling practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized, business-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin; additional languages are a plus.
