Job Responsibilities:

Sales & Client Experience

  • Strategically manage and grow VIP clientele, ensuring personalized service and memorable in-store experiences by working with the marketing, and frontline team.
  • Oversee all client interactions, including handling of after-sales service and inquiries with discretion, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Drive client engagement through the planning and execution of exclusive events, pop-ups, and brand collaborations (e.g., Disney Cruise, HJ, bridal fairs).
  • Partner with corporate clients on tailored sales campaigns to elevate brand exposure and expand revenue opportunities.

Retail Operations & Visual Merchandising

  • Ensure operational excellence by overseeing daily store activities, from inventory and cash management to compliance with company policies.
  • Support new store openings and market expansion, managing timelines, lease negotiations, and vendor coordination to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Maintain regular communication with landlords and developers to track space availability, upcoming vacancies, and negotiate favourable terms.
  • Assist in managing the brand's multi-channel retail expansion, focusing on both high-street and mall locations, as well as pop-ups and travel retail opportunities.
  • Monitor and manage the team incentive scheme to drive motivation and performance.
  • Uphold the highest standards of visual merchandising, ensuring store presentation consistently reflects brand aesthetics and seasonal guidelines.
  • Oversee product replenishment and stock control to maintain optimal inventory levels.

Retail Standards & Administrations

  • Deliver timely and insightful sales and operational reports to support business decisions.
  • Manage store audits, and implementation of in-store campaigns by working with the marketing team.
  • Act as key liaison with landlords, vendors, and contractors on retail space management and promotional initiatives.
  • Champion the implementation and refinement of SOPs to maintain operational consistency and service excellence.
  • Conduct regular coaching and training to elevate team performance and uphold brand standards.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in luxury or fashion retail, preferably in fine jewellery, watches, or high-end fashion.
  • Proven track record of landlord management, with experience in store development.
  • Impeccable grooming, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, Microsoft applications and POS systems.
