·       Drive sales targets and develop strategies to achieve business objectives.

·       Implement initiatives to boost footfall, conversion rates, and average transaction values at the store level.

·       Manage daily store operations to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.

·       Collaborate with the buying and merchandising teams to curate product ranges aligned with customer preferences.

·       Execute seasonal campaigns and promotional activities successfully at the store.

·       Oversee inventory levels, ensuring accuracy through monitoring, scheduling, and ordering as needed.

·       Maintain excellent store conditions and work closely with Visual Merchandising to optimize displays.

·       Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Requirements:

·       Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related field.

·       At least 3 years of retail management experience.

·       Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and sales techniques.

·       Proficient in using POS systems and other retail software.
