This role involves providing technical expertise in lubrication science, supporting product formulations and development, advising customers on lubricant selection, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The role is also required to oversees all technical documents such as TDS, MSDS & etc.

  • Technical Support & Troubleshooting

  • Provide technical support to sales, marketing, and customers on lubricant applications.

  • Diagnose lubrication-related equipment failures and recommend corrective actions.
  • Deliver training on proper lubricant usage, handling, and maintenance practices.

  • Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure products meet OEM, API, ACEA, ISO, ASTM, and other industrial standards.

  • Work with manufacturing and QC teams to maintain consistent product quality.
  • Support audits and maintain documentation for compliance and certification.

  • Customer & Field Support

  • Conduct site visits to evaluate lubrication practices and recommend improvements.

  • Prepare technical reports, oil analysis interpretations, and maintenance recommendations.
  • Partner with clients to develop lubrication programs that optimize performance and reduce downtime.
