Responsibilities:

  • Grow sales of automatic lubrication systems in industries such as construction, mining, transport, and manufacturing.
  • Meet clients, understand their challenges, and propose tailored lubrication solutions that improve equipment uptime.
  • Deliver product demos, mock-up installations, and technical presentations to showcase value.
  • Build long-term partnerships through regular visits, technical support, and after-sales care.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or relevant engineering field.
  • 2–3 years' experience in technical sales, preferably in industrial or lubrication systems.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven with a passion for solving customer problems.
  • Willing to travel frequently to customer sites (local and overseas if required).

Advantages (Preferred):

  • Experience in heavy equipment, construction machinery, or mining industry.
  • Knowledge of preventive maintenance and reliability engineering.
  • Existing customer network in relevant industries.
