Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote, market, and sell auto lubrication systems to customers across industries (manufacturing, construction, heavy equipment, etc.).
  • Conduct site visits to understand client requirements and propose suitable lubrication solutions.
  • Perform installation, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of auto lubrication systems at customer sites.
  • Provide after-sales technical support, maintenance, and training to customers' engineers and technicians.
  • Prepare and deliver technical proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and project execution.
  • Maintain customer relationships and achieve sales targets set by management.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
  • At least 2–3 years of working experience in mechanical systems, industrial equipment, or lubrication systems (preferred).
  • Strong technical knowledge in installation, servicing, and troubleshooting of mechanical/electromechanical systems.
  • Sales-driven with good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and travel to customer sites for project execution.
