The Parts Sales Executive will be responsible for maintaining sales of our forklift and heavy equipment parts e.g. Airman parts, Hitachi wheel loader parts , PERKINS engine parts,Caterpillar genset parts and lubricants and EV truck parts.

  • To grow parts and tyres business
  • To maintain sales of our existing products, as well as products that are currently not our core business.
  • To increase new customer base
  • Build, expand and maintain clientele base.
  • Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities within the industry through various channels
  • Establish, maintain and enhance long term business relationship with customers.
  • Achieve sales targets.
  • Create, prepare and present corporate presentation to potential customers
  • Pursue outstanding payment on behalf of the Company
  • Prompt response to internal & external queries
  • Provide accurate quotations to potential customers
  • Ensure proper documentation are in place for each sales order
  • Resolve basic problems raised by both internal and external stakeholders
  • Escalate the pressing issues to the management including bad debts
  • Performs ad hoc duties as assigned by Supervisors

Requirements

  • Class 3 driving license
  • Singaporeans only
  • Strong verbal communication & writing skills required
  • Great customer service skills
  • Familiar with mechanical basics
  • At least 1 year relevant sales experience
  • Ability to use computer programs like Excel, Word etc.
