About the role

Join our dynamic team at Pacwest Singapore Pte Ltd as a Sales Executive. This full-time role is located in Jurong West Central, West Region, and will involve driving sales of our industry-leading products and services. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that help their businesses succeed.

What you'll be doing

  • Prospecting and identifying new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their unique challenges and requirements
  • Presenting our products and services in a compelling and professional manner to secure new business
  • Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals to meet or exceed your individual and team targets
  • Providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions
  • Continuously researching the market, competitors, and industry trends to identify new opportunities

What we're looking for

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the FMCG industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills to overcome objections and close deals
  • A driven and competitive nature with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • A passion for providing exceptional customer service and delivering tailored solutions
  • Proficient in English and comfortable communicating with clients at all levels
