Responsibilities:

  • Execute daily operational processes efficiently and accurately within tight timelines
  • Support the Indoor Sales Department by processing customer orders and coordinating timely deliveries
  • Perform a wide range of operational tasks essential to the smooth running of daily business operations
  • Manage the preparation and completion of import and export shipments
  • Handle logistics functions, including updating inventory records, and overseeing the picking and packing of items
  • Process Customer Confirmation Orders and prepare all required shipping documents (e.g., certificates, markings, etc.)
  • Coordinate deliveries and proactively follow up on related issues to ensure successful order fulfillment
  • Undertake any other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration or related fields
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in logistics, order processing, or operations (experience in import/export coordination will be an advantage)
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and presentation skills
  • Proactive, resourceful, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
  • Meticulous with strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
