Responsibilities

  • Process and coordinate shipments and documentation promptly and accurately to ensure smooth customs clearance for customers.
  • Adhere strictly to all internal regulations to ensure business is conducted with compliance and integrity.
  • Issue sales/purchase contracts promptly upon business conclusion.
  • Generate timely reports (e.g., monthly GP, outstanding contracts) to monitor business progress.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders including suppliers, customers, and internal/external parties to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Requirements

  • Diploma in logistic or relevant field
  • 2 years of working experience in shipping coordination and order processing functions
  • Experience in food trading Industry will be an added advantage
