he Opportunity

  • Opportunity for a renowned Beverage Brand in the FMCG industry. This is a newly created role in Singapore to drive sales and distributor management. This role is ideal for a commercially savvy professional with a strong background in FMCG and a passion for building high-performing partnerships.
  • Mon - Fri: 9am to 6pm
  • Work from home, and travelling for meetings with Distributor
  • 12 Months contract (renewable)
  • Salary: up to $7k + transport allowance (subjected to experience)

The Talent

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in distributor or channel management within the FMCG sector (Brand Principal)
  • Proven track record in delivering top-line and bottom-line results.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • High resilience, agility, and a growth mindset.

Job Description

  • Lead and manage distributor relationships to ensure alignment with brand and channel strategies.
  • Develop and implement annual business plans with distributors, aligned to company growth objectives.
  • Monitor distributor performance across volume, value, ROI, and market share targets.
  • Drive in-market execution excellence, including visibility, availability, and activation at the point of purchase.
  • Identify capability gaps and lead training and development for distributor teams.
  • Analyze market trends, shopper insights, and category performance to inform strategy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution of marketing and sales initiatives.
