They specialize in cloud services, cybersecurity, managed IT services, system integration, and data center solutions, helping organizations modernize their IT infrastructure and improve operational efficiency. They serve clients across industries in both Hong Kong and the broader Asia-Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a strategic aviation client account, focusing on IT solution sales.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the client organization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Work closely with pre-sales, delivery, and technical teams to design tailored solutions.
  • Lead client presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Ensure project delivery aligns with client objectives and service-level expectations.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and deliver accurate forecasts.
  • Provide market and client insights to support strategic planning and account growth.

Requirements

  • 8-12 years of experience in IT solution sales, key account management, or business development.
  • Proven success in consultative and solution-based selling to enterprise or public sector clients.
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation, IT infrastructure, and enterprise systems.
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement, with experience dealing with senior management and technical teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic, self-driven, and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
