We are a well-established Japanese manufacturer specializing in gas abatement and scrubber systems. Our company designs, sells, and maintains environmental solutions used by clients in industries such as semiconductors, solar energy, and various electronic device manufacturing sectors.

Founded more than 40 years ago, we have dedicated our efforts to developing innovative environmental protection technologies that help keep the environment clean and promote energy recycling. Our equipment focuses on neutralizing hazardous gases produced in advanced manufacturing processes (including LSI, LCD, LED, and photovoltaic production) while reducing greenhouse gas and VOC emissions.

Roles & Responsibilities

This role involves managing and supporting customers primarily based in Singapore, with some coverage in other Southeast Asian regions. You will serve as a key contact between customers and overseas manufacturing teams, ensuring smooth coordination and high-quality service delivery.

Key Duties:

  • Manage existing customer accounts and maintain regular communication.
  • Develop long-term relationships and introduce both existing and new products.
  • Coordinate between overseas factories (Japan/Taiwan) and local clients.
  • Attend technical discussions, sales meetings, and customer visits.
  • Prepare sales reports, meeting minutes, and quotations.
  • Handle price calculations, quotations, and negotiation with customers and suppliers.
  • Coordinate delivery schedules with factories and clients.
  • Occasionally participate in client meetings or events for relationship-building.
  • Work closely with local and overseas technical teams to support customers effectively.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business or a related discipline.
  • Able to liaise with Japanese and Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Independent, responsible, and self-motivated with a positive mindset.
  • Good communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
  • Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
