
HR & Admin Executive

**Job Summary**:
The HR Executive plays a vital role in supporting the human resources function within an organization. They assist in implementing HR policies and procedures, coordinating recruitment processes, managing employee records, providing support in employee relations, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations. The HR Executive contributes to maintaining a positive work environment and supports the HR Manager in achieving the organization's HR objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and legal requirements.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation programs, paperwork, and compliance with HR policies.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR information systems, ensuring data confidentiality and integrity.
- Assist in employee relations matters, including addressing employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary actions under the guidance of the HR Manager.
- Support performance management processes, such as assisting with performance appraisals and coordinating feedback sessions.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and assist in organizing company-wide events or activities.
- Assist in administering compensation and benefits programs, including payroll coordination, leave management, and employee benefits enrollment.
- Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide recommendations to ensure adherence.
- Support training and development initiatives by coordinating training sessions, maintaining training records, and tracking employee development plans.
- Assist in generating HR reports and analyzing HR metrics to provide insights for decision-making.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant HR certifications or coursework are a plus.
- Prior experience in HR roles or internships is desirable.
- Familiarity with HR practices and regulations is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling employee records and HR-related documentation.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proactive and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and grow in the HR field.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $2, $3,500.00 per month
