Job Description:

- Administer and execute HR functions and processes in the areas of staff recruitment/ exit, orientation, leave and benefits, compensations, awards, communication, staff welfare, and others
- Maintaining & updating records concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, resignations, performance appraisals, and leaves administration for all operations staff to ensure accuracy and completeness of the record.
- Preparation of staff letter of appointment, job description, employee pass, performance appraisal forms, confirmation.
- Work closely with HODs to meet manpower needs.
- Participate actively in recruitment activities to fill vacancies in a timely manner
- Calculate and process payroll, OT, and medical claims to ensure compliance with corporate and legislative regulations
- Support training and development administration
- Organize company events and cultural activities to create a bonding and fun working environment
- Any other ad-hoc duties as may be required.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Minimum a Diploma in HRM or in any related discipline
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in HR generalist role or end-to-end recruitment related activities
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and multi-task
- Organized, Meticulous, and an eye for details

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $3,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
