**Job Summary**:
The HR & Admin Executive is responsible for managing a range of administrative and human resource functions. This role involves maintaining employee records, supporting the recruitment process, handling any company system issues, and ensuring office operations run efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities: Human Resources Duties**:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records, medical claim accounts, and creating data reports.
- Coordinate training sessions and staff development activities.
- Onboard new staff by providing system introduction and creating employee accounts.
**Administrative Duties**:
- Oversee general office operations including maintenance, supplies, and facility management.
- Handle any company system issues by liaising with our tech vendor.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
- Grow company's social media and increase brand awareness.
- Organise company events and staff welfare initiatives.
- Any ad-hoc tasks required by management.
**Requirements**:
- Any knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices would be a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Pay: $2,400.00 - $2,800.00 per month
