We are a well-established multinational in the high-value manufacturing sector, specializing in complex and high-precision components.  To support our continued growth and transformation, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy General Manager to join our leadership team.

The Role

Reporting to the General Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing daily operations, driving business performance, and ensuring the strategic execution of initiatives across the organization. You will act as a key business partner to the GM and provide leadership across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage daily operations to achieve business objectives.
  • Support in formulating and implementing business strategies.
  • Drive efficiency, productivity, and operational excellence.
  • Monitor performance metrics and financial targets, recommending improvements.
  • Develop, mentor, and guide teams.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Represent the company with external stakeholders when required.

What We're Looking For

  • Degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or related discipline (MBA is an advantage).
  • At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience, preferably in multinational manufacturing of high-precision or high-value components.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale operations, with significant headcount responsibility (500+ employees preferred) and oversight of substantial revenue streams.
  • Proven success in operations, business management, and team leadership.
  • Strong financial acumen, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
  • Hands-on leader with a results-driven mindset.
