**JOB DESCRIPTION**

The Deputy Manager, Finance is responsible for financial reporting of Keppel Shared Service Centres.
- Assist in the timely closing of accounts
- Review month-end journals in accordance with the accounting standards
- Review monthly financial schedules and prepare management reports
- Review inter-company and bank reconciliation
- Assist in interested or related parties’ transactions reporting
- Review billing requests
- Review invoices and payment listings for payments
- Monitor daily bank balances and funding requirements.
- Review quarterly GST reports
- Support corporate tax reporting and other statutory reporting requirements.
- Assist in timely recovery of debts from intercompanies
- Assist in quarterly forecast and yearly budget
- Assist in financial results and costs variances analysis
- Prepare statutory accounts and liaise with external auditors.
- Compile volumetric data for Finance Shared Service Centre
- Responsible for tracking of the Finance Shared Service Centre’s performance against the pre-defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Guide/ supervise team members as necessary
- Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor or the head of department from time to time

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- University degree in Accountancy
- Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience
- Knowledge of SAP Hana and BPC will be advantageous
- Good organization and communication skills
- Motivated and meticulous
- Able to work independently and proactive team player

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $5,000.00 - $11,813.89 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
