**Position Overview**:
Science Centre Singapore is dedicated to the promotion of interest, learning and creativity in science & technology through imaginative and enjoyable experiences, and to contribute to the Nation's development of its human resource.

We are looking for a highly organized and dependable individual to join the Management Team as a Deputy Director, NSC Building Project. He/she will be responsible for all phases of construction lifecycle from initiation to completion.

**Essential Job Functions**:
The incumbent will ensure the project is completed on time and within budget as well as ensuring that the required safety standards and procedures are met. He/she will monitor the building process and ensure compliance of IM (Instructure Manual), Safety and Security Standards. He/she is expected to work out contingent plans in case of delay in project for whatsoever reasons.

**Requirements**:
Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in Building & Project Management, with at least 5 years in a managerial and supervisory capacity.

He/she must be a good team leader, is professional and passionate, takes initiative and provides quality service in all aspects of interaction with both internal and external stakeholders.
